Transparency
Following the guidelines of the Secretariat of Equality and Inclusion of the State of Nuevo León, "In an increasingly interconnected world, communication has emerged as a fundamental tool to drive change, inspire action, and build bridges between institutions and communities. For Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), effectively conveying their mission, vision, and projects is not only a necessity, but an inescapable responsibility. It is through clear, strategic communication aligned with their objectives that these organizations manage to mobilize wills, gain allies, and amplify their impact... In this context, effective communication not only facilitates the coordination of efforts, but also strengthens trust, promotes transparency, and maximizes the reach of projects and programs that benefit the community."

Adding Alliances
Independizarnos en el 2020, nos permitió iniciar un camino lleno de aprendizajes y retos... superar los 2 años de estar legalmente instituidos, 2 años de contar y no perder la Donataria Autorizada para poder aplicar a convocatorias y recursos de Fundaciones de 2ndo piso, así como a fondos internacionales. Durante ese proceso, continuar firmes en el fortalecimiento de nuestros pilares y definición de programas y actividades que sean congruentes con nuestros objetivos y valores, todo ello a partir de generar valiosas alianzas con el sector privado, educativo y gubernamental.
